What Will Delivery Cost? (UK Mainland & IOW)
As a rough guide, we will ship up to 10kg of goods on a Next Business Day service from £6.99 including VAT. Lighter orders can be less and heavier orders will cost more.

- 1. Fill your cart with the goods you want and click the View Cart link.
- 2. Select your region from the drop-down list and see your shipping options shown (note: add VAT at 17.5%).
If you are entitled to a free option, it should be highlighted but you will need to select it.
When Will Delivery Be? (UK Mainland & IOW)
Courier Delivery
Next Business Day takes one business day. Order must be placed before 3pm.(*1, *2)
Examples: Order Monday for delivery Tuesday or order Friday for delivery Monday. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday for delivery Tuesday. A public holiday (bank holiday) adds a day to the delivery time.
Other services as described below. All delivery estimates quoted in business days (Monday-Friday are normally working days, public holidays and weekends are not).
Royal Mail Recorded Delivery service requires a signature upon delivery. Please note Royal mail do not guarantee 1st class transit times and this is not a guaranteed next-day service.
Important Notes (All Regions)
- 1. Please order by 3pm (UK time) otherwise your delivery schedule is likely to be a day longer. Our terms apply to delivery schedules.
- 2. Please provide a delivery address where someone can sign for the goods during the times your goods are likely to arrive (8am-6pm). If you miss two deliveries, you may have to collect goods from a depot or fund a third delivery attempt.
Initial City Link
If there is nobody at the provided delivery address to sign for the goods, they will attempt to leave with a neighbour. Find depots.
*1 Customers in the Highlands of Scotland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive. See the table opposite.
*2 If you choose the Economy service, we withhold the right to delay shipment for one or more days and then despatch using a Next Business Day service, thus achieving delivery within the quoted timeframe.

The following list of part postcodes represents areas where our UK courier deliveries will take an extra day to arrive, in comparison with the rest of the UK. This list is only accurate where you've chosen 'Next Business Day' or 'Economy' delivery.
