When Will Delivery Be? (UK Mainland)
Courier Delivery
Courier takes one business day if the order is placed before 3pm.(*1, *2)
Examples: Order Monday for delivery Tuesday or order Friday for delivery Monday. Orders placed on Saturday/Sunday for delivery Tuesday. A public holiday (bank holiday) adds a day to the delivery time.
Other services as described below. All delivery estimates quoted in business days (Monday-Friday are normally working days, public holidays and weekends are not).
Courier
If there is nobody at the provided delivery address to sign for the goods, they will attempt to leave with a neighbour. Find depots.
*1 Customers in the Highlands of Scotland & Northern Ireland may find that their deliveries take one extra working day to arrive. See the table opposite.
*2 If you are offered Royal Mail service, we withhold the right to delay shipment for one or more days and then despatch using a Next Business Day service, thus achieving delivery within the quoted timeframe.

The following list of part postcodes represents areas where our UK courier deliveries will take an extra day to arrive and will be subject to a courier surcharge for remote delivery, in comparison with the rest of the UK. This list is only accurate where you are offered Courier delivery.
