Guarantee on products we sell We guarantee your satisfaction. All of our products come with a 30-day no-quibble guarantee (see below) unless specifically mentioned. Please email us if you are not happy with your purchase.
All products also carry a minimum 12 month manufacturer’s return to base guarantee against failure and defects under reasonable operating conditions except where stated (typically, without limitation, used items).
Note that some manufacturers offer an extended warranty beyond the minimum 12 month standard term and consumables (including, without limitation, recordable media, inks, batteries and paper) carry a 90 day warranty.
For the avoidance of doubt, a manufacturer’s warranty is an agreement between you and the manufacturer and we are not a party to such an agreement. This clause does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
Guarantee on our prices We also offer a 7 day "Price Protection" guarantee on our own prices.
If you buy a product from us and we lower the price of that product on our website within 7 days of you placing your order, then email us to point out the price drop and we will refund you the difference between the two amounts. This offer is almost unique amongst technology retailers because technology products have a reputation for dropping in price very quickly. We offer this service because we know how annoying it is to buy a product and see the price drop days or even hours after you place your order!
Note that this guarantee does not apply to freight or packaging charges, items that are included in limited-availability short-term sales, 24Gone time limited offers, promotional SVP Buyers Club emails or items bought through eBay.

30 day no quibble guarantee We allow you 30 days to return a product that you are not satisfied with and we will then give you your money back provided that you comply with the whole of this clause. This 30 day period starts from the date your order is delivered. You must return the product within this time period at your own expense, accompanied by your invoice and a complete and signed return goods voucher.
You must also send us the merchandise by registered post and purchase insurance with the carrier for the value of the merchandise. This is notably necessary in case they lose or damage the goods. Shipping fees remain your responsibility additionally.
This 30 day right of return only applies to products that are returned in their original, complete working condition (packaging, accessories, user guide etc.). Any product that has been damaged, or is not in its original packaging, or has packaging that has been (in our opinion) worn beyond simply opening the product, will not be refunded.
If you are not satisfied with your item, you can return it.
If you wish to return a product , please e-mail us to let us know what you`d like to send back. We will reply requesting all the details we need to fulfil your request. We can then issue a returns authorisation number and instructions on how to complete the return.
Reimbursements If the product is returned within 14 days of its delivery, you will be reimbursed by bank transfer if payment was made by bank card, or by cheque in other cases.
If tests need to be carried out on the product, we will do our best to reimburse you as quickly as possible. This time period will depend on the nature of the technical tests performed by the Returns Department of your product’s manufacturer but will be a maximum period of 3 weeks.
Remittance Terms All goods remain the property of SVP until paid for.
Invalidity If any part of these terms and conditions is unenforceable (including any provision in which we exclude our liability to you) the enforceability of any other part of these conditions will not be affected.
